In LA, nearly all cops are racist. Even black cops. The ones that are not, are the ones not working the streets.

The LAPD are far from perfect but I haven't seen any racial discrimination or profiling. I see people of color who are in groups usually in cuffs on Hollywood Boulevard, and because they were causing a riot, not because they're black.
