Were any of the short promos for season 2 actually in the episodes?

I first noticed this show because I saw the promos for season 2. These promos were fairly short like 30 seconds or so, and looked like they took a piece of a scene. Managed to find one of them http://cms.springboardplatform.com/embed_iframe/677/video/1517243/sotv036/Spoilertv.com/10.

All the promos were on Youtube, but not any longer by the looks of it. Just managed to find that one again. I can't seem to find what episodes these promos were taken from that I was wondering if they were made solely for trailer purposes.

Anyways would like to know if the one scene promos like the one above actually was in the season 2 episodes, and what episode was the above one from? I'm actually a bit curious what's happening and backstory of some of these scenes.
