The girls - or at least some of them - say they're from Indiana, but talk like they're from somewhere much further south.

I had the misfortune of growing up in Indiana from about 5 years old to 21, and can actually say that their accents were pretty spot on Lol. They were meant to be exaggerated and making fun of horribly bad hoosier accents.
