Callin' Shenanigans!

I would be willing to bet that Jimmy Kimmel is behind this as an April Fools joke or just to make something viral!

Sorry to disappoint you, but it is a real movie, although that review from Brazil appears to be fake since the movie is only now about to be released. Just saw the trailer for it and CSI:MIAMI's Rexx Linn is actually in it.

Totally real, saw it tonight at SIFF.

Silly and Fun, it's enjoyable, it's an homage to 80's horror films so keep your expectations set accordingly.

Uses practical effects as much or more as CG effects.

Even as a horror film buff, didn't see all the twists.

Deffo real - it's been released in the UK as of yesterday (20th October 2014) on DVD and Blu-Ray.
Can't wait to watch it!

don't get to excited it's pretty lame

reply

It's far from lame, miles from it really. It blended the comedy and horror perfectly, the pace was excellent with a short runtime so there were no lag scenes and boring filler like so many of these flicks contain.

This film was to me what a perfectly cooked and wrapped 20oz sirloin is to a dumpster diving hobo= much better than the usual trash.

reply

I agree. I was pleasantly surprised and laughing straight from the opening scene.

The very first question should always be "What laws can we abolish to remedy this situation?"

How did they get the beer onto the raft without a cooler?

reply

I don't remember the movie clearly. Were any of them Irish?

"What kind of tea do you want?"
"There's more than one kind?"
