Jason Mewes' lines sound like he's reading them for the first time

This is not the Jay from the live action movies. A lot of that is the writing, but the presentation of said writing was weak as well.

In addition to saying "Sir" FAR too much, oftentimes there is no emotion or really awkward delivery of the lines. It is an issue throughout, but during long sections of Jay-speak it is much more noticeable.
