Sparkle Vamps (Speak not the Q word epi) question

Susan is reading a book titled "Sparkle Vamps" and on the left side it has a photo of someone on the book. Just wondering who the photo is of. I do not think it is Stephenie Meyer (assuming the book is a take on the Twilight series).
