Finale (spoilers)

*Spoilers below*

Forgive my not writing in Spanish, please, but I'm good at it only enough to listen and comprehend, not to write. I was quite disappointed in the finale. There was so much left hanging (and no helpful "Fin," as Telemundo usually has) that I actually had to go check how many episodes had been produced. I was afraid that Xfinity On Demand (which is how I watched) might have somehow skipped the last episode(s).

So many loose ends, and so many eventa that had the most cursory of treatments, such as the death of Mejia. And that business of Aurelio and his daughter at the end. Never mind the ludicrous idea introduced that Turco was working with him again. That wasn't the worst. Since we, the audience, saw what happened on the operating table, why end with what was impossible? I realize that mystery surrounds the death of the real so-called Lord of the Skies, but you can't toss that element of mystery into a fictional story wherein viewers have seen the death of the main character. I really felt the end was a mess, that maybe Telemundo had gone way over budget at that point and the producers had simply said, "Y ya!" A shame, because much of the series was good.
