I wonder what if it was the main character sucking cock instead of pussy in that scene? No, it never happened coz the filmmaker didn't dare to show it. Gay sex scene in this movie was so lame. No, I think that's wishful thinking on your part. I think that this is going to be Kuba's life--stuck in a relationship he doesn't really want, with a woman who is so selfish that she doesn't care if he's desperately unhappy with her. The tragedy is, he's "stuck" there because of his own cowardice and shame.

jer444 - iwant them to get back together too, but there was a lot of blood coming from Michal's head. And sadly kuba didn't even have the balls to tell Michal what the deal was over the phone much less in person. I'm well aware Polish social norms played a part in it but Kuba could have told the truth since one could reasonably conclude the breakup was permanent.

I agree with you 100% OP. This movie felt more like something from the 1980's. Are the Polish SO 'behind' in terms of mentality? In any case Kuba's mother needed therapy asap! Besides, what kind of mother has near-incestuous relations with her grownup son (that sweet bathtub scene) yet the moment she learns of his sexual orientation, she turns into a frustrated matron...
