Best noir movie ever

I saw Phoenix several times, especially the last scene when Nelly sings "Speak Low". In my opinion Phoenix is the best noir movie I've ever seen. It is better than Casablanca. I wonder whether is there any possibility of director Christian Petzhold making a sequence of it? It would be interesting to see Johnny's reaction.
