Any way I can see this?

Hello, I saw promotion for this a while back and was wondering where I could find a copy. I've tried iTunes, Amazon and even asked a local DVD store that specialises in rare DVD's and not one had a physical copy. Its getting to the stage where this is becoming harder to find than the Devil's Carnival movies (before they were released on iTunes) and I just want to see what its like.
