Seemed Good

I watched this by accident and I was pleasantly surprised. It reminds me quite a bit of the Pendragon book series, especially with the rabid dogs bit. It's not exactly similar, but they have the same vibe.

The one thing I don't like is the witchcraft. Please leave the witchy business to tv shows with female leads. It feels a bit off, seeing as it's also being sold as a sci-fi alternate universe show.

Well, good luck. Hopefully this one becomes as big as The Almighty Johnsons.

Agreed with what you said. I also saw this only by chance and was intrigued. The story is definitely a great idea and so far I'm really liking how it's going, even considering it's not really my sort of show. I like how they didn't shy away too much from the struggles they have to face like homelessness and starvation.

I'm not too sure how I feel about the supernatural story either. I suppose it could turn out to be one large red herring and actually be from a wormhole into another universe. My guess is it's a bit of both, Paige's sister's spell somehow tore a hole between universes, their "home" universe and this one where they were never born. A bit of magic and sci-fi.

I'm writing a play. It's a cross between Glee and The Road.

This was a fun show. The way the finale ended, I hope they have a second season/mini-series to wrap it up.

I'm guessing each of the boys now has sway over an element?

That was one of the best parts of the show at the end, very well done.

I have since changed my mind. After everything and the cheesy finale, I regret spending all that time watching the series. I thought it would be written for teens, but it was for pre-teens.
