It is about a guy who discovers a gate that leads into an identical world, wich includes identical replicas of people as well. It's worth a watch, a neat little thriller with a fantasy twist.
There are actually lots of doubles/doppelgangers/time-travelling-selves movies coming out the last few years, but the Mikkelsen one was definitely an interesting film exploring the topic. There are clear similarities, but that one had a lot more intrigue and depth (or so I think).
shareI agree, although I enjoyed this one more bc of the way they all interacted (trying not to give anything away) and the fact that it was essentially a sci-fi topic but not really treated that way in the slightest. Still, I thought both were very interesting in their own ways.
shareDie Tür with Mads Mikkelsen was way better than this movie, which started to annoy me halfway through.
