Not sure who to believe, but one thing is for SURE

They listed a buncha films released by the studio during that time that were really bad. They quoted the money invested in these films vs. the domestic take, and these were even worse.

I was amazed at how many films were financed and tanked subsequently during that time. Looking at the list, man there were some stinkers.

Mad City, Steel, The Postman, Tarzan and the Lost City, Major League Back to the Minors, and more.

It was mentioned a lot of execs were sacked because of these films...this is one thing I can believe.
