Tim is a very visually great director for hire, provided he likes the scripts he reads.

But if he thinks that he's better than Kevin Smith, he better get his vision checked.

The fact that he couldn't show just a little respect to Kevin Smith for the work he did on the Superman script, and yet he kept Kevin's title. I mean Kevin took the time to write a draft or two, and Tim was too lazy to even type one page.

Personally, I think he's just jealous that Kevin Smith is a god at Comic Con and he was banned from Comic Con in 1989 (not sure if it was a lifetime ban)

Kevin Smith never would've let Vicky Vale into the Batcave.

Yeah visually Burton beats Smith, even Kevin himself says how lackluster his films look since they're all about the dialogue. But that's about the only thing Burton is better at than Smith when it comes to movies. Burton is extremely over rated and has actually only made a couple of good flicks.

Smith's script for Superman Lives sucks dude.

I love Smith, but his script is horrible.

I'm not sure Burton would have made a good movie and honestly Nick Cage was a terrible choice as Superman and the costume looks terrible, but Smith's script was not anything close to filmable. I don't know where to find it, but trust me, it's one of the worst scripts I've read form a pro.

Well Smith has even acknowledged that it's horrible, but anything has got to be better than Batman Returns. I mean I'm sure Smith at least gave SUperman the most screentime as opposed to Burton paying more attention to Penguin, Catwoman and Schreck lol

I hope to read it, because I heard the first draft of Superman (titled Reborn) was campier than Batman 66

I'm sure you're right, but it'd be fun to read though
