His hand *spoilers*

So am I the only one who thought it was strange that Deputy walked around like that hand injury was nothing? Half his hand got chopped off and a dish rag makeshift bandage not only stopped the bleeding immediately, but seems to have cured his pain. They didn't even go to the hospital afterward. Sigh...

reply

It wasn't strange because nothing in this movie makes sense.

If Ari Gold saw Chappie he would say:
"Chappie makes Elysium look like Citizen Ć’vcking Kane"

Tanget: was it implied deputy died at the end for getting in the way of buguhhl work?

According to the FAQ section of the Sinister 2 IMDB profile, it was only implied he was killed. The ending was designed as a setup for another sequel, which is why his death (or survival) is not explicitly confirmed.

reply

It cut his hand in half from the middle finger down to the wrist. It wasn't implied, they showed it.

As for the OP, I'd say adrenaline kept him from being in horrible pain. When your life is still on the line, especially.

Osbourne Cox? I thought you might be worried... about the security... of your shi+.

reply

I noted too and was clearly bad acting and/or directing cause even with adrenaline you cant just be like that.

A kid gets hit by a fast moving car and is able get up and walk like nothing happened...and you are worried about a chopped hand as if that was not real enough...please...
