ok, there are some funny elements to this film yet I totally would not call this a comedy at all.
It actually was/is a great film but I was really thrown at first watching it thinking as many of the categories and description indicate it as a comedy romance film.
After the first scene, I definitely thought it was going to be funnier than it eventually turned out to be... For the most part, it preferred to go the didactic route, instead.
"Your mother puts license plates in your underwear? How do you sit?!"
It had its funny moments but if you didn't notice them then they flew without making a mark.
