Good Premise but Ultimately Procedural

This show started out with a good/interesting premise but within 3 to 4 episodes ot had become formuliac and repetative and as others have noted the shoutiness of it all got tiresome. A real shame as it couldve been so much better. Kyle Killen's previous effort Awake starring the fantastic Jason Isaacs (hello to Jason Isaacs!) was much better and yet it too was cancelled after one brilliant season.
