Excellent series with great Norwegian cast

Why oh why do the Americans always take fantastic "foreign" productions and churn out an inferior copy? Is it really that hard to read subtitles? Does everything always have to look and sound familiar? Pathetic!

Try and watch the Norwegian original before it's being Americanized. Moody, atmospheric and real with actors rather than pretty plastic stereotypes.
