shareIf he is playing the pranks then he is an academy award winning actor because he isn't intelligent enough to pull off pranks even with help. I thought at one time he might be but after he gained more air time he seemed unlikely to be able to pull it off. Just got thru watching preview for next week and what was weird was when Marvin came in with the tape saying he has the rat on film and before he starts tape I saw something strange. The owners of Tangles were sitting next to each other and the guy is looking all around the room (because Marvin said the rat was in the room) and the lady immediately drops her head down while covering up her face. I don't know if that was shown intentionally to throw viewers off or not. She didn't seem like a suspect but then again she's the one who bought the dye to begin with.
shareHa ha! Yeah, good point. He doesn't seem that savvy. He just showed up at the same time as the pranks asking about a handyman job (that gives him access to everything in the park).
I saw the preview where Gina drops her head, too. That was my thought, "she knows she's about to be exposed" but like you said, it could have been just a sneaky misdirection.
I wondered about the two ex-residents, Lyndsey or Taylor, being all disgruntled.
I'll be glad to find out.

I'm so glad someone else out there is excited to find out who the rat is too. I think there are more people who watch this show but it's their guilty pleasure and they don't want to admit that they are watching.
