has series 3 started or not?

I just found that on TLC tonight at 9:00pm CST that a new episode is airing. It doesn't say new season though, so I came here to see if I had missed an episode. Well, I think the board is messed up. Anyway, reading the description of episode, it is new, just like it says.

You can't go by the IMDb board as the last episode they have listed, wasn't the last episode.
It's all messed up.

So new season starts tonight.

Now, I've discovered that it's the 2nd episode of season 3. S3E1 aired one week ago. Missed that, don't know how. Not sure if I want to pay $2 to see it or not and TLC doesn't have episodes on On Demand or in reruns.
So tonight is actually, S3E2.
