nice little interview. we got a sneak peek on 4.03 with Red and Liz. also Megan saying that the parental situation will be resolved this season. i assume by 4.08, the end of Kirk's arc.

i personally don't believe her. not after that fiasco at the end of season 2, when she said the same thing. i like Megan, but she can be tricked into saying certain things only for the ratings.

I'm getting an error on your link, but I'll look it up later. I don't think we can trust anything any of the cast says, although I heard something similar in that "Preview of season 4" Hosted by Harry Lennix on the NBC site.

But maybe it's just whether Kirk is the father or not is what she meant about the "parental" situation, but I haven't listened to it yet.

It's hard to believe that they would come out and reveal that, after always insisting that it would have to wait until the final reveal of the last episode of the entire series. And yes, after season 2, and after how some of the writers treated Daddygaters... I won't believe it until I see it in an episode.

They'll probably walk it back five minutes later if they do reveal anything. I've long given up on worrying about any "reveals" tbh. I just plan to sit back and enjoy the ride.

I just watched the clip, and yes indeed, Megan clearly stated that we will know the parental situation this year. This is something new. We shall see.

I do recall an interview after the finale of the second season when Megan also said that Liz had shot her father and that her father was dead.

Since this no longer seems to be the going "truth," I'm not sure I will trust any revelations they care to make on the show.

At this point, they could have 100 people come forward and claim they have proof that Red is not her father, and I still won't believe them.

If they want us to find answers by watching the show, then this is the only answer that the show has ever given us... that Red is Liz's father.

i don't believe her or her words mean something else, like the show will confirm Kirk is not her father, after they just confirmed he is..., so we end up with more questions and again with only one player at the daddy table. RED.

Yep, I saw the preview. Red was just a little reserved with Liz when talking about Agnes, but he's not being too angry. He just told her he wants to do find Agnes by himself, he's leaving her out.

Something I don't quite understand is why Lizzie still looks like she's not using any makeup. Megan looked really pretty in her interview on the Today show. Lizzie's not being held prisoner anymore, why does she still look like she doesn't own a comb or makeup?

And I'm trying to imagine what the new questions will be if Kirk is not her father. If somehow they try to say that neither Red or Kirk is her father, that means her father is still out there somewhere. Or they'll say he's dead again.

Yes, I can see how that might bother her. But when you think about it, he always leaves her out. Even when they work together, there is something he is doing on the side that she doesn't find out about until the case is solved.

He always leaves her in the dark.

I was thinking the same thing. Beautiful teeth. They make her look frumpy on the show.

but I always thought that maybe Red himself doesn't know if she is his daughter or not!
I think Red showing up in Liz's life like this is that because he wants to know answers about his relationship with Liz, we know now for sure that Liz's mother and Red had a connection probably a romantic connection as what Kirk's has been saying, what if her mother made him believe that his daughter was dead, and what brought him up to surface again is that he found information that his daughter is alive and her name is Elizabeth/Masha and now he is in this journey to find out the answer just like us!

My god, she was just as dull and lifeless on "Today" as she is on the show! How anyone can find this woman, or the character she plays, interesting is amazing.
