Global promo! Spoilers for next week's episode!

Has anyone seen the global promo.. wow!!
Kirk looks like he is getting hit on by this nurse lady while he is having his blood transfusion, who kindly says the only way to save your life is to put that baby's in danger!!! Liz tells Kirk she knows about why he wants them for his illness. It gives the impression that Tom takes the mission into his own hands and screws things up which might be why Liz and Tom look like their verbal duking it out!

Well considering it isn't a secret that they are doing a spin off with only Tom you had to know that they were going to be breaking up the love birds otherwise they couldn't get the spin off to work.
