I don't think it's physically possible to make the SAS look more inept if they tried!
If you want to portray an elite fighting force at least try and hold a gun correctly etc, etc.

It was *beep* Plain and simple.
The SAS depicted there was a grotesque theater. I have the feeling the
whole movie is some sort of "meta joke" from the director against
the English government. Or society. Or both.
I always wonder where those madmen get the other idiots to run with them.
Even, under any circumstances, they can get away alive they can not outrun
some "rogue" ex-soldiers who find them anywhere on the world. Especially
when you killed of some of his "SAS" friends you WANT the small cell
for the rest of your life. 'Hiding' on some beach somewhere with low
security just gives them incentive for you having an "accident".
