Francois Truffaut

I just saw Will you Still Love Me Tomorrow and liked it very much.

It reminded me so much of Francois Truffaut's films with Jean-Pierre Leaud, Antoine and Collette, Stolen Kisses, Bed and Board, and Love on the Run.

This movie is a little bit different in some ways, but it had the same light yet melancholy tone and a score that reminds me of the music in these movies by Truffaut.

Truffaut died almost 30 years ago, so I was glad to see a film by a film director who has made an excellent film of his own, but one that, to me, was clearly influenced by these films by Truffaut.
