What episode aired as 2x05?

Small confession time; I download copies of this show to keep. I also download the HD versions, which are taken from a web site (not sure which one).

I didn't see the final episode when it aired.

When I downloaded the normal copy, it was the episode Diggin' Up Bones, where Carol confronts a rival teacher that she hated. This episode is listed as 2x06 (unaired) on TV Rage, however that's the episode that looks like it was recorded off TV.

When I downloaded the HD copy, it was the episode CON-Troversy, where Nate is reunited with a former schoolmate. This copy was taken from a web site.

Both were labeled as episode 2x05. So which one actually aired as episode 2x05?

CON-Troversy was the last episode aired, but a lot of the online listings, even IMDb's TV listings at the time it aired listed it as Diggin' Up Bones.

CBS originally promoted the Diggin Up Bones episode but for some reason changed the episode at the last minute. The promos bragged about the Molly Shannon appearance.
