Very weak Season Finale (*spoilers*)

In my opinion the 2 parts finale lacked punch and was weak and hasty, despite a couple twists some of them you might expected.

Twist NBR 1: Lee Ann to be a manipulative person, far from innocent all along, it may come as a surprise but overall didn't have the impact to the viewers that the writers could hoped for. With Twist NBR 2 that she was in some kind of a weird (but not too elaborate) plan with Dec for him to become ...candidate mayor, well, all of it seems really hasty and pretentious -let's add a plot twist kind of thing-.

Twist NBR 3 Roy's daughter had a broken leg (!) and that causes his ex-wife to want to become a family again, out of the blue. This also is a forced drama element from the writers, to make the obvious upcoming relationship between Roy and Jamie somehow harder.

Twist NBR 4 Arliss is alive was one of the most obvious ones, and that too didn't had an impact to the plot.

Twist NBR 5 Dec has been ..shot, if anyones really cared about this character, it's all what you have to expect from Season 2. It was his wife? his mistress? Knox maybe? WHO cares?!

Anyway, I'm writing this post disappointed about the weak double episode just saw. The procedure of the trial was also uninteresting. I only found a couple of the comments of Debra Monk (The judge) to be the most entertaining in that 1,5 hour finale.

Just watched it on Netflix. Yes, the season ending was weak. The dramatic guitar riffs were forced, as the show tried to force every twist it possibly could. Eventually, revelations just seem like the writers didn't put things together for the whole season.
