Who shot Richard

Who is Richard? Do you mean Dec? Roy's ex-father-in-law? There could be several possibilities. Could even be Le Anne. She had something going on with Dec, but we never found out what it was. Since they were meeting in a church, it appears they didn't want to be seen.

If you are referring to Dec, I think it was LeAnn. Yet, who knows how many women he was having affairs with and it could be any of them.

And since it was canceled we will never know. Not quite the Who Shot J.R. moment, though.
