The Shield easter egg

The map at shown during the teaser had Farmington marked as Byz Lats territory. Farming was the fictional setting for The Shield, and the Byz Lats were a gang featured on the show. The Lats have also been featured Sons of Anarcy.

Uhm, no. It was in the Shield and that was YEARS before SoA

Not sure what you are talking about, but the Biz Lats were on The Shield, then on SOA as well. I believe they were also featured on The Unit.

I did not pick that up, but certainly I picked up on the shows production links to 'the Shield"...same style of opening titles...Jay Carnes shows up in it.
It is not a patch on 'the Shield" though...
