Dull and unfunny (Possible spoilers)
Man, did I find this boring and stupid. The concept sounds great, but the execution was awful.
The red-headed Harry Potter kid did nothing but yell and fret hysterically, essentially repeating variations of the same line over and over.
His drug-addled buddy says a bunch of stuff 'v-e-r-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y' because he's, y'know, drug-addled and well that's just hilarious, doncha know?
Perlman was marginally better as the world-weary, PTSD CIA agent.
In the background are assorted oddball characters who are supposed to be saying and doing funny stuff, but it's all insipid and mostly irritating.
It all ends in a uninspired Tarantino/Ritchie bloodfest that's supposed get us wincing/laughing (Flags fall over! Dead bodies on the moon!) but doesn't. People mug it up with slow looks of disbelief to let us know that this is the part of the movie that we should find ESPECIALLY FUNNY!
It makes me wonder about Netflix' rating system. This was a two-star movie at best.
