Feels like Ira Glass segment on NPR

This movie comes across like the Ira Glass segments on NPR, very talky, attempting to infuse meaning or importance where none really exists. You have to wonder who paid the bill for all those thousands and thousands of scans and framing of Vivian's photographs. I doubt that enough revenue was generated from exhibits or selling post cards would be enough to cover it. She seemed like a good photographer, but I would not want her to look after my kids.
