For a series finale it was disappointing

Meredith fired herself as a teacher (due to a test of her students) then came back (the test was wrong -- she did okay as an average teacher), also she's back her ex-husband (Ray) and ditched Joel even though the one she seemed to have genuine feels for was Joel and this comes off as quite a saddening ending. Shame on you Meredith, but from a financial perspective she did the right thing (she'll never go broke unless it happens to him).

We at least saw Irene this time around but episodes 12 & 13 just didn't do justice for the final episodes of the show (or season 1-cancelled, if you prefer).

I'll still say that Episodes 10 & 11 are the best of the entire series, so if I were to rewatch any of the show's eps it'd be these two.
