Why I Liked It

I thought the multiple story lines were interesting enough to satisfy viewers. I was more interested in robber-brother betrayal, adulterous husband, arranged marriage and less invested in brain tumor or stolen kid, but YMMV.

So what will we get instead? Another hour where each of the "stories" revolves around an entitled, botoxed, duck-lipped "housewife" bitching about the party planner serving stale petit fours? Devious housemaids? Rogue FBI agents? SUPERHEROES?

Sorry, that's not my life. But I enjoyed watching these people of modest means win the lottery because **I** would like to win the lottery. Except. . .would I have to move? Would my friends be jealous or happy for me? Would it ever be possible to make a new friend without being suspicious? Everyone knows the lottery has ruined lives, but there are lots of intermediate angles and it would have been interesting to see the upside and downside explored every week.
