Thought we were gonna make it through this season without the producers trying to push Haley Orrentia as a the next "It' Singer. Stop. It's not gonna happen.
Also, the tapes in the Answering machine were made in 1995, I know, I still have a millon of them. The computers Apple sent to schools in the 80's were Apple II E's not the more rare Apple II Plus models.
I wonder if it will be another episode where she's singing in some auditorium or the cafeteria or the gym at school, and everyone's dancing and singing along--including Beverly?

shareI don't mind her voice. I think she does have a good voice. I've listened some of the songs that she has put out. Not bad. Country. Not my favorite genre, but good.
The OP should be prepared for more singing. I would actually call her a singer who is dabbling in acting. She's a trained singer who was on the X Factor. This is not some fad.
I actually enjoy listening to Haley sing. She has the voice for it, and she should show it off.
Yes, while it may be true that her character isn't exactly in tune with the 1980s, I don't really mind. It's not the first time the writers and producers screwed up some of the timelines of certain events. They do the best they can with what they have.
BTW, what model was that answering machine? I could have sworn my parents had the same one in the 1980s...
