At the end as Eryka departs the scene in the helicopter she has a conversation with Control reporting that Koba has been arrested. Who is Control ?

I don't know that either. I also didn't understand in the end why Erycka gave up Koba. Was she undercover?

"Control" is often used in spy movies not only as the main agent in charge, but also as the head of MI6.

I don't know for sure either, but I think she gave him up to protect Elise from the hyper-evil deaths he wanted "the Chemist" to inflict on her and Karl. Also, judging by her going to see the injured Elise for one last night, she had fallen in love with her too.
