Is this the lighthouse?

I used Google Maps to look up the general area. By chance, I ran across a lighthouse! The seascape also looks similar to what I remember about the movie, with the small "cliff" before the sand.

What a beautiful and remote location, and right on the ocean. It was surprising to find.
