The timing of him coming back right when she is getting married, bad writing. I know it's to make drama. But they could have built it up more. The pointless the king is disturbed plot line is so pointless. They could have shown leith. I know it's to replace Bash, but really?

They could have built it up for more shock, him getting to the castle...with her activities, so when he made it, it would have been more dramatic. But this requires planning, ah well
