Face it. This show just flat out sucked.

I'm glad they cancelled it. It was just really, really awful. One of the worst I ever watched.
I don't think I even watched the one I tried all the way to the end. It was that bad.
It was just lame and stupid and not funny at all.

I must agree 125%. I was SO looking forward to this. Mork and Buffy together in a sitcom! What could be better? Well, it turns out that LOTS of shows are better. I can't help but wonder if this being canceled contributed to Robin's demise.

Eventually, there will come a day when science acknowledges the supernatural

I don't agree. I thought it was intelligent and very funny, not to mention those ad people were really creative. My taste is just different than yours, I guess. Makes for a better world.

Agreed. When CBS first announced their new fall comedies for the 13-14 season which also included The Millers, Mom and We Are Men, I was most excited for The Crazy Ones. After all 4 shows premiered, I even liked the short lived We Are Men more than The Crazy Ones. It was easily the worst of CBS's new comedy crop that fall, but not worse than Bad Teacher which would debut at midseason. I truly wanted to like The Crazy Ones but it just wasn't funny. The funniest scene in my opinion was when Robin Williams was teaching Sarah how to drive and they ran into that guy and his daughter or something. It felt more like a drama than a comedy. The show did not deserve a 2nd season. Apparently a second season was pitched but I guess it wasn't good enough to warrant a renewal. It's probably for the best but I feel bad for this unfunny show being Robin's last sitcom.

If this is one of the worst shows you've ever watched, then you clearly missed out on 1980s television altogether. And it's hard to take someone seriously when they judge an entire series based on part of one episode. It was a typical David E. Kelley dramedy in half-hour format, not a cookie-cutter sitcom.
