Chloe's voice isn't the same as Mittens from Bolt??

I was completely convinced it was the same voice that did Mittens the cat from Bolt- minus the accent. But it was Susie Essman that did Mittens and Lake Bell listed for Chloe the cat!! I can't believe it!!
Anyone else think the same thing?!
