Best New Sitcom NBC Had.

This show is very funny and sweet. With hardly any advertising I don't know what they expected from the ratings. NBCs most lucrative shows started out with low ratings. Cheers, the office, parks and community just to name a few.It is plain foolish that they pulled the plug on this so quickly. I would not be surprised if it had more to do with content than anything else. I can't even sit thru the other sitcoms they put out this year, but this one had something special. I don't understand why NBC hates positive family shows.

I liked it too. I think it is better than the Michael J Fox show, which I think is disappointing, but I bet they will give it an entire season. It is stupid they only gave it a couple episodes.

Well, if you consider two grown men even considering damaging one another's testicles to be among the "positive family shows", you shouldn't have any problem finding something equivalent. Most prime time network comedies are written at this sixth grade level.

The bigger sin (IMHO) is that once again the talented Mary McCormack is wasted on inferior material. Time to go pull out my "In Plain Sight" DVDs so I can watch her at full tilt.
