I did a little research and she is a rather renowned singer who has done a smattering of acting. I found nothing to indicate she ever ran a sex shop or was involved with the "Unhung Hero" {other than making the movie}. In fact, she does not even get a "Unhung Hero" credit on IMDB, although she does in the movie. I thought it was a entertaining movie but totally fictional
