shareWell if they complete the story of the novel in the ten episodes, then it's OK. I was not expecting this to continue past the end of the novel. I understood it was to be a limited series, self contained in one season. There's really nowhere else to go after that.

shareI don't know if I would bother to watch after the novel has been presented. The reason I am watching is that I enjoyed the novel by Dan Simmons and I am interested in the Franklin Expedition. I doubt I would have much interest in an anthology series unless they Dan Simmons writing episodes. Going off on a totally different tangent would be kind of dumb if you ask me. It would have nothing to do with the original concept and could basically be any horror show. Why bother?
