I've just finished S2, and I would quite happily have watched another whole episode of just his wife and mother being punched repeatedly in the face and gut, very hard, by a professional boxer.

Hated both of them. Awful witches.

Their wilful blindess and their incessant love and support for the murdering asshole. While, of course, living the good life on the profits of his evil.
