Jorge was a consultant for season 3, interview is at EW.

He talks about the differences between the show and real life. There are some WTF moments regarding stuff he did in the show in episodes 9 and 10 that he clears up.

And he says the cartels in Medellin and Cali during that time would make ISIS look like a bunch of Boy Scouts.

Interesting interview, especially the part explaining how he became the security guy for Cali cartel. They contacted him and told him "from now on, you'll be the head of our security" and gave him no choice. Saying "no" was not an option. That's how he ended up working for them.
