I can't believe it, a decent serious fantasy series, with a good cast, good locations, good stories and after they fixed all the problems and gave us enough hints of a fasinating version of the argonauts for the future they rip it from under are very noses.
They only reason I can come to is it simply costs them to much to film in Morocco. I just can't understand it.
Wow, this was probably my favorite show on TV. Amidst all the garbage, or even the good shows that try to be dark but leave me debating whether or not to watch the next episode, this show was something I looked forward to. Are we going to get at least the wedding ceremony?

I have watched Atlantis, since the day Jason washed up on the Beach!
The writers have expanded the Storyline over the years with a creativeness, that I have rarely seen.
This is a show I continue to enjoy, but I have heard that it was canceled!
The creative writing, combined with all the effects, and the great acting helps, Atlantis to remain my favorite show.
We need good shows, great shows even! To cancel a show with so much potential, doesn't make sense, it's not good business!

shareI rather enjoyed the show. It at least has some imagination and is different from all those damned procedural crime dramas and 'reality' shows. Even though it takes great liberties with Greek mythology and Plato's original concept of Atlantis I still like it. And the characters are ones you can relate to, especially Hercules and Pythagoras.
