Or any of the investigators hired to look into this case follow the two tone Ford, I think it was a Fairmont? Anyway, there couldn't have been THAT many two tone blue Ford Fairmonts registered in that state. In listening to multiple witnesses, it's likely that is the car he was taken in. Or did they do that, and just not go into it in the documentary? Anyway, as inept as the police were on this case, it wouldn't surprise me if they missed that.
shareIt seems obvious to me that they're not providing us with the whole picture in this documentary. There's no reason evident whey the cops would be so obstinate about ignoring the witness accounts. I find it hard to believe they're just *beep* They probably know things that aren't mentioned that make them doubt this version of events.
Maybe they DID follow up on that lead and discovered nothing. Who knows? I need to find more sources of info before arriving at any conclusions I think.
You definitely missed the point of the documentary... you both did.
