Didn't a 2nd girl go missing, Edwina? What happened to her?

How were the American couple joined with their grand daughter?

Edwina was one of the 3 girls who did the pranks at night.....granddaughter, no idea. Not important I guess.

How were the American couple joined with their grand daughter?

Morse tracked down the granddaughter after he and Thursday invterviewed the couple. He's shown making some phone calls to the vital stats offices.

Weiss found their grand daughter before he was killed and left notes. Morse found the research while looking through the papers in search of the killer and just notified her and her parents to see if a meeting could be organized.
