First, that really sucks. *beep* Fox , it's Firefly all over again. Second, doesn't bode well here either. Different networks, but they did make a statement that shows on the bring with good potential aren't worth saving.
shareI am deeply sad about what happened to Almost Human. Usually I wait 2-3 seasons until I start watching a show, because I hate falling in love with it and then it doesn't get picked up for a next season!! This show was pure entertainment, a lot of soul (the 2 main actors shared a hilarious chemistry together) and brilliant sound- and visual effects. The Blade Runner'esque look of the locations got me really attached. Watch it on a wide screen in Full HD with surround sound, and you don't feel the need to go to a theater anymore :) The only weak point of Almost Human was the unused story arc, but then again, maybe they did so to get the audience used to the settings and then "kawummmm" deliver from season 2 ongoing. What a big potential, what a missed opportunity :'( I feel so betrayed by Fox, SyFy or whoever pushed the red button.

That's the 2nd show in a year for Michael Ealy. Last year he was in Common Law on USA and that was cancelled after the 1st season.
Fox may be bad for cancelling shows after the first season but at least they gave House MD a chance...other than House the only show that has lasted for years is American Idol & that's getting old...
