Looks depressing with silly premise.

Sam Kinison used to do a great bit about living in the desert.

You want to help world hunger? Stop sending them food. Don't send them another bite, send them U-Hauls. Send them a guy that says, "You know, we've been coming here giving you food for about 35 years now and we were driving through the desert, and we realized there wouldn't BE world hunger if you people would live where the FOOD IS! YOU LIVE IN A DESERT!! UNDERSTAND THAT? YOU LIVE IN A *beep* DESERT!! NOTHING GROWS HERE! NOTHING'S GONNA GROW HERE! Come here, you see this? This is sand. You know what it's gonna be 100 years from now? IT'S GONNA BE SAND!! YOU LIVE IN A *beep* DESERT! We have deserts in America, we just don't LIVE in them!!"

Same thing in this movie. WHICH we have all seen in other flicks like Tank Girl and others.

We have OCEANS. Desalination plants. Water under the ground.MOVE. In fact everyone would then be living near the ocean and desalination would be the number one business and plenty of water which in turn would end up making clouds which would in turn cause rain and since no more pollution as society would have ceased in most production......better restart.

As well if it is "dwindling"as stated in the synopsis, then basically all human life will cease to exist and in fact all life.We would then become DUNE.

Silly premise.

They who give up liberty to
obtain a temporary safety deserve
neither liberty or safety

Watch the movie as it pretty much addresses each of your points

That's a lot of ranting for a film you haven't even watched.

BTW, there is something called "irrigation," but I guess you've never heard of it.

You want to know what is silly?

Someone reviewing a movie they haven't seen.
