The only time i got emotional

Was when the baby was taken..then I watch the rest of the film thinking the baby would get brought back..but nope..I know the story wasn't really about that but still.
Hated how Mary was all I hate u dad..since the beginning of the movie showed no love for him..suddenly he's dead and she's crying a river. I understand if they just had one fight..but they've been fighting since the beginning. Also Jerome wanted revenge he didn't even respect his dad enough to call him dad..he always called him by his name..why was that?
This movie bored me to tears.
Maybe I was just tired wasn't paying attention I uno.
Did Flem care of Mary at all?..he seemed like to only care about himself..at the expense of others.
Also no one found out anything..so annoying I hate endings left in the air. Like Mary has no idea Flem killed her dad..sold friends baby and Jerome killed Flem.
On a side note Ella seemed far too young for this role..she was only 14 or 15 and her lover was like 24 during the movie..also what place is OK with a 16 yr old whose pregnant and married..even if they have other things to worry about.
I just don't get it
