Hey, what are you doing this weekend?

This question epitomized the type of person that Brosnan was playing. Instead of giving him tickets to a football game or flying him on a jet as a reward for saving him, he invites him to his house to do lower level grunt work at his house.

I am sure the IT guy would like nothing more than to spend his weekend doing Geek Squad work. He acted like it would be some type of privilege to come to his house and reboot his router. While he was there, he should have had him install his stereo while he was at it.

It wasn't meant as a reward. He was offering him extra work, presumably for pay. He didn't have to take it. But yes, any ambitious person would consider it a privilege to spend time with the billionaire CEO, and he could have made that work out very well for his career. The boss even said "We'll make sure" to get him a permanent position at the company (he was a temp).

Pobre de Dios que no sale en revistas, que no es modelo ni artista, o de familia real...

Correct. Regan didn't need that IT guy in particular to fix the problem at his house. It was just an "excuse" to get to know this new IT talent a little better and encourage him to stick around for a long term career as part of his Uber for airplanes app team.

Had the guy not been psycho this would have been a big opportunity for him
